Poop 911 sought to improve the performance of their Meta ad campaigns and lower their cost per acquisition (CPA). Driving service bookings through their online booking funnel is the primary goal of their campaigns. With advertising spread across multiple channels, accurately measuring ROI is critical for their organization to determine which channels to allocate ad spend towards.

Here's how we tackled this project...

Step 1: Audit

We conducted a comprehensive review of the lead form types used on the client’s website and paid media landing pages. This assessment helped us identify the best practices for implementing enhanced conversion tracking tailored to Brain Bytes Creative’s needs. Lead form types primarily consisted Gravity Forms & Elementor, while landing pages utilized LeadPages forms.

Step 2: Implement Enhanced Lead Form Tracking

Using Google Tag Manager, we created and deployed tags to detect form submissions and securely capture user-provided data, such as email addresses and phone numbers. This data was then hashed and shared with Google Ads to enhance conversion measurement.

Step 3: Verify

We rigorously debugged the implementation using Google Tag Manager’s preview mode and monitored Google Ads enhanced conversion status messages. This ensured 100% of conversion events were processed accurately and reflected in the campaign data.
