This non-profit is a faith-based organization committed to improving community well-being through educational programs. They strive to empower individuals and foster lasting, positive change in the lives of those they serve.

Client Challenges
After completing a GA4 configuration project, the client faced challenges with leveraging GA4’s native reporting tools, as their team was not well-equipped to navigate and interpret the data. Additionally, the client required same-day reporting to monitor paid media performance closely, a capability not supported by GA4’s standard reporting features. These limitations made it difficult for the client to gain timely, actionable insights for optimizing their campaigns.
 

Our Solution
Measure Marketing Pro configured the GA4 export to BigQuery, enabling the client to access raw, event-level data for same-day reporting and unlocking advanced reporting functionality. We designed custom queries to create the GA4 datasets powering the dashboard, ensuring the data aligned with the client’s unique needs. Looker Studio was chosen as the visualization tool, offering a user-friendly interface that made it easy to share reports across teams. This combination of BigQuery and Looker Studio provided the client with a scalable, intuitive solution for monitoring and optimizing their campaigns in real-time.
